Consultations
Every laser course begins with a consultation, and every appointment starts with a short conversation so the treatment is tailored to you.
Patch testing
You can book your laser appointment straight away — we just ask you to come by for a quick patch test, any time up to the day before your first session. It takes minutes and makes sure the treatment is right for your skin.
Our team
Laser treatments are carried out personally by Stavielle, the lounge’s owner, after your consultation. Facials, body therapy, nails, lashes and threading each have their own dedicated specialist — meet everyone on the about page.
Technology & products
Our skin treatments work with professional skincare from pHformula and Yon-Ka Paris, and laser hair removal is carried out with the Candela GentleLase Pro-U — a medical-grade 755 nm alexandrite laser.
Preparation & aftercare
Most treatments need no special preparation — your booking confirmation tells you if yours does, and your therapist walks you through any aftercare before you leave. Unsure about anything? Just call or WhatsApp us.

What is your cancellation policy?
Online bookings are secured with a 25% deposit. You can cancel free of charge up to the day before your appointment: keep what you paid as credit for your next visit, or have it refunded to your card — in full within 14 days of booking, after that less a €1.00 admin fee. You can reschedule free of charge at any time, even on the day. If you cancel on the day or don’t attend, the deposit is kept. If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund. Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For laser treatments, yes — every course starts with a consultation, and a patch test where required. For facials and body treatments, your appointment begins with a short consultation so we can tailor the treatment to you.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Most treatments need no special preparation. Your booking confirmation includes anything worth knowing for your treatment, and the team will gladly advise when you book — just call or WhatsApp if you are unsure.
Is laser treatment suitable for me?
It depends on your skin, hair and medical history, which is exactly what the consultation is for. We will always tell you honestly if laser is not the right option for you.
